1. Order Processing

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within  5 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.

• Custom Orders: Made-to-order or personalized items may take additional time. The estimated dispatch timeline will be shared at checkout or via email.

• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email and/or SMS notification once your order is confirmed.
  

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

• Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

• Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹4999 ; standard charges apply below the threshold.

• Courier Partners: We ship through trusted logistics partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD available charges 100 extra.

3. International Shipping

• Delivery Time: International orders are usually delivered within 10–15 business days after dispatch.

• Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

• Customs & Duties: Any import duties, taxes, or charges applicable in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your order’s journey.

5. Delays & Exceptions

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

• During festive seasons or sales, dispatch and delivery may take longer than usual.
